These brass hoop earrings are part of the ‘diamonds are evil collection’. We started our brand under this name, which was linked to our strong opinion of the diamond industry and its lack of ethics. We saw an absence of knowledge and no transparency about gemstones and diamonds and ethical sourcing. We wanted to create a brand identity that, at the very least, started a conversation. This collection draws inspiration from our original classics, reimagines them in new materials, and stays true to our mission of ethical and sustainable design.
Fool’s Gold set out to elevate accessible materials into a modern line of products. Meredith draws inspiration from art, music, culture and AI. While ever-evolving with new materials, technology and aesthetic exploration, the designer applies a mix of traditional and modern techniques to industrial materials to create futuristic styles. Each design is meticulously made to order and production time can take up to 5-7 business days.
