Exchanges or Store Credit
If you want to exchange your item for something else on our site, please reach out to us via email (info@wearefoolsgold.com) and we will do what we can to work with you!
Not sure what you’d like to exchange it for? No problem! We can send you store credit that you can use whenever for whatever.
Return Policy
We’re bummed things didn’t work out for you, but here’s the good news: we accept returns within thirty (30) days of delivery for most items in new condition.
Here’s the fine print: we can’t issue a refund for items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise sent back to us if we determine it doesn’t follow these guidelines.
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Any items purchased while on sale cannot be returned.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process a return request.
Refunds and Processing
Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive them, but funds typically won’t show up back on your original payment method for up to 7-10 business days.
U.S. Returns
- Start your return by emailing us at info@wearefoolsgold.com – please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will email you a return label. Securely re-pack your items (please feel free to keep the stickers or other inserts!) Print this label and place label on the outside of the package.
- Drop off at your nearest USPS location.
International Returns
You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
