SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer free standard shipping everywhere in the United States. You can change the shipping option to Priority or Express at checkout for an additional fee.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 to everywhere outside of the US. We also Standard, Priority and Express on international orders.

For US Deliveries:

  • Free Standard Shipping will take 1-5 business days
  • Priority Shipping will take 1-3 business days
  • Express Shipping will take 0-2 business days

For International Deliveries:

  • Standard Shipping will take 11-20 business days
  • Priority Shipping will take 6-10 business days
  • Express Shipping will take 2-5 business days

All made-to-order items take up to 5 business days to process. Please keep this processing time in mind when considering your shipping options.

If you order something on pre-order, we will email you shipping confirmation when your package is processed and ready for shipment.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all US orders, and free shipping on all international orders over $75.

You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. This will go to the email address you used to place the order. If you don’t receive this email or cannot find your tracking number, please send us an email to info@wearefoolsgold.com and we can locate your tracking number. Tracking information can sometimes take a few days to update.

For standard US delivery, we hope to have your order in your hands within 5-10 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived within 12 business days please reach out to me via email meredith@wearefoolsgold.com.

For standard international delivery, we hope to have your order in your hands within 15-20 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived within 25 business days please reach out to me via email meredith@wearefoolsgold.com.

If we have not shipped your order, we are most likely able to change your shipping address. Please email info@wearefoolsgold.com and we will do our best to help.

Unfortunately, if your order has shipped we aren’t able to change your shipping address. We are not liable for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout and no refunds will be provided if an incorrect address is used. Please make sure all shipping details are correct before processing your order.

If your order was returned to us by the shipping service we would be happy to re-send your order. If it was returned due to an incorrect address we will require the postage cost to send this to you again. Please email info@wearefoolsgold.com to arrange for another shipment.

Yes, we offer gift receipts. Just include an order note on the checkout page and we will send a gift receipt with your order.

Please note that earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

While we do not offer gift wrapping, all of our jewelry comes in a cute Fool’s Gold box with a suede bag.

Yes! We ship to countries around the world.

If your order is shipping outside the US, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Fool’s Gold cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from Fool’s Gold, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Fool’s Gold. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Yes, all orders shipping to locations outside the US may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees.

RETURNS & REPAIRS

Wasn’t the perfect fit? We are here to help! We allow for returns for a full refund on many items. Please note, earrings and hoops are FINAL sale for hygiene reasons. We do not offer refunds on these items unless faulty.

Return Period: Customers have 30 days after the delivery date to process a return. During the holiday season, orders placed from November 15th to December 25th can be returned or exchanged up until January 31st. See below for additional information.

Final Sale Items: All items purchased on sale are FINAL, this includes discount codes offering 30% off or more. All earrings are final sale. Limited edition items are final sale. Gift cards are final sale.

Item Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging. We can’t issue a refund for items that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise sent back to us if we determine it doesn’t follow these guidelines.

Processing the Return:
  • Start your return by emailing us at info@wearefoolsgold.com – please include your order number and the reason for your return. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process these requests <3
  • Once you receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, securely re-pack your items.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your items arrive safely. Customer are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label on their own. Please return your items to the address below.

If you receive a faulty item from us, please email me at meredith@wearefoolsgold.com so we can help as soon as possible. Please include a photo with your email. While we carefully make, pack and ship each item, faults can occur or jewelry can be damaged in shipping. Reach out and we will make it right!

We do offer repairs. Please send an email to info@wearefoolsgold.com with your order number. Include a photo so we can asses the piece. Depending on when you purchased your Fool’s Gold piece there may be a charge for our repairs service. It is not always possible to repair your piece, but we will work with you to do what we can. Our repairs service can take up to 4 weeks.
